Debi Vaughan has called Florida home for over 20 years, after relocating from the Midwest. For more than 14 years, she has been a successful agent in the real estate market providing her clients with a positive real estate experience and unparalleled customer service. In addition, Debi is a gifted and effective negotiator expertly navigating the delicate process of negotiation by applying much needed patience, dedication and determination in advocating on her clients behalf. Her in-depth knowledge of the community and experience has made her the foremost expert in her field - both locally and internationally. A consistent multi-million dollar producer throughout her career she has been chosen as the top-producer for 2011 and 2019.
Prior to entering real estate Debi taught for more than 15 years in the Brevard County School and Indian River School system, working with special needs children both academically and socially. She was also involved with the sports program, coaching cheerleading, and competing winning several state and national competitions. This invaluable background gives her insight to the neighborhoods and schools that are so important to her clients. When not helping her clients purchase their piece of paradise, Debi enjoys travel, tennis, the beach, and her tiny Yorkie “Paris”.
