October 2022 Staff Meeting

2022 has been a unique year for the Brevard County housing market. Our team gathered for breakfast and a staff meeting in mid-October, reviewing our experiences thus far and making predictions about what's to come in 2023 and beyond. As you probably know by now, the housing market is notoriously difficult to predict. That's why unwaveringly excellent customer service will always be the key to producing the best results.

One of our major points of discussion was how the extremely active hurricane season has affected the state as a whole. Several major hurricanes that hit the area brought with them flooding and storm damage that we haven't seen for several years. This, in turn, has impacted the availability and affordability of homeowners' insurance and has also caused potential buyers to realign the way they think about waterfront properties. 

Through the ups and downs we've experienced so far in 2022, our team remains strong and dedicated to the best possible service for each of our customers!
